坐骨神经 - 写给陈兄
您的坐骨神经是需要一段时间治疗的。继续找中医针灸,推拿或找西医物理治疗(traction)及吃神经线药物。补助脊椎的最佳运动是游泳、倒退走、或踏健康板。健康板的斜度是可以调整的。您站在斜板上,翘足拉筋,把重叠的背椎骨拉出空间。请注意您办公室的椅子,最好是全皮制的;您汽车的座位也需要有靠垫,这样最少能够保护您的坐骨,使它不至于恶化。千万不可作激烈的运动。
